I will NOT create content that is explicit, offensive, or inappropriate.

I reserve the right to decline any commissions, with or without justifications. Generally this will be due to my schedule, or if I don't think I can execute your request well enough.

You will receive a full resolution digital file. No physical item will be delivered. Final artwork will be sent via email.

I require a minimum of 1-12 weeks to finish each artwork. It may go over a month depending on my schedule or the amount of commissions I have during that time frame.

Please don't rush the commission if you didn't mention about the deadline before hand. Rushed commission will be charged with additional fee.

Major revision only can be done on SKETCH PHASE. Minor revision still acceptable on rendering phase.

There will be ONLY 1 REVISION when final work is complete and must be minimal.

Any additional need for revisions AFTER the final product is delivered may be subjected to a small fee if deemed necessary.

Rushed Commission Fees - If you are in need of a hard deadline, a rush fee will be discussed together.

Commerical Fees - +100% original commission price. This includes things such as merchandise, streaming (vtube-ing), promotions, branding, etc.

Privacy Fee - +20% original commission price to not have your commission posted on social media or portfolios.

Full payments will be made prior to starting the commission.

Partial payments/payment plans can be discussed, but are not guaranteed.

Refunds are only possible under 2 conditions; One: If I have not started on your commission; Two: If there are circumstances where I am not able to do your commission. Otherwise, I do not allow them.

Partial refunds may be possible if the artwork progress is somewhat to usable degree.

Prices DO NOT include tax.

Personal use means: display on social media accounts for promotional purposes with no direct monetization, such as profile pictures, banners, and posts; print and framing in personal spaces; display as part of designs on websites and channels, excluding use in content of these websites or channels.

Credits will be required when using the artwork.

Please do not edit or modify work in any way without prior permission from me.

Commercial rights means: usage of Work on streams, videos and other content, or any monetized instances, or selling or reselling Work to another party, as a part of any product, or on another platforms.

Usage of Work for AI (artificial intelligence) tools, platforms or programs; ML (machine learning) tools, platforms or programs; AI or ML training; NFT; blockchain; or other for-profit platforms/purposes, is strictly prohibited.
